TICKET SUMMIT PARTICIPANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any person, sponsor or exhibitor (“Participant”) who is present at the Ticket Summit Conference (the “Conference”) held by Ticket Summit, Inc. (“Ticket Summit”) agrees to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”). Participant’s registration is a license to attend the Conference and as such Ticket Summit may revoke that license if Participant fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Ticket Summit reserves the right to render, in its sole and absolute discretion, all interpretations and decisions regarding compliance with the Terms and Conditions and to establish further requirements binding upon the Participant as it deems necessary for the success of the Conference and/or any person(s) affiliated therewith. Ticket Summit’s decisions and interpretations shall be final in all cases.

CONDUCT AT TICKET SUMMIT. Participant agrees to abide by all Conference rules and policies, all rules and policies of the venue at which the Conference is held, and all applicable fire, safety, and health laws and regulations where the Conference is held. Participants who violate such rules, policies, laws or regulations or who behave in an unsafe manner while attending the Conference may be asked to leave immediately and will be held responsible for their actions. Participant acknowledges that if Participant is removed for such violations Participant will be barred from returning without refund of Participant’s registration fee as all registration fees are nonrefundable.
Participant must wear their registration badge at all times while attending the Conference. Access to the Conference events will not be granted to those without a registration badge. If Participant loses, misplaces, or forgets his or her registration badge, Ticket Summit may charge a replacement fee for the creation of a new one. Once the new registration badge is provided to Participant, the other registration badge will become invalid.
Participant is not permitted to take any photographs or make any audio or video recordings at the Conference without Ticket Summit’s prior written consent.
PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE. Participant may be photographed or recorded at the Conference. Participant hereby grants Ticket Summit, the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and each of their successors and assigns the irrevocable right to use such photographs and/or video recordings of Participant for any legitimate purpose without compensation to Participant. Participant understands that Participant shall have no right to inspect or approve any photographs and/or video recordings or any materials in which they are included and that same shall remain the property of Ticket Summit, Participant further agrees that any portraits, photographs, video and audio recordings, and any reproductions thereof, and all negatives and digital files are and shall remain the property of Ticket Summit. Participant forever releases Ticket Summit, the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and each of their successors and assigns from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right Participant may have in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings. This Photo and Media Release shall be construed broadly to provide a release to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS. Participant agrees to receive email and other communications from Ticket Summit and its affiliated companies regarding the Conference for the year of Participant’s registration and for following years. Participant may unsubscribe from those communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. If Participant unsubscribes from email communications from Ticket Summit Participant will still receive transactional messages which are messages related to Participant’s registration for the Conference and any emails related to attendance at the Conference.
All Registration fees are nonrefundable.

I UNDERSTAND THAT BY CLICKING ON “I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS ABOVE“ I AM AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS RELEASE TO THE SAME EXTENT AS IF I HAD PERSONALLY SIGNED THIS RELEASE.
